Hello everyone! It's been long since our last post, but we haven't been able to get good internet connection during our holidays. I'm back from a romantic and pretty relaxing trip with my boyfriend to the Bahamas. Amazing beaches and tons of sun!! I'm now back to reality, New York is over, and Spain awaits me. 

Meanwhile, Kas (Carlota) is in a cruise around the Greek Islands. She'll be telling you all about it when she comes back.

Hola a todos! Han pasado demasiados días desde nuestra última actualización, pero no hemos conseguido tener una conexión activa a internet durante nuestras vacaciones. Yo acabo de volver de unas románticas y relajantes vacaciones con mi novio, en las Islas Bahamas. Playas de ensueño y mucho sol!! Ahora, de vuelta a la realidad, habiendo pasado una larga temporada en Nueva York, España me espera. 

Mientras tanto, Kas (Carlota) esta en un crucero por las Islas Griegas. Os contará todo sobre su viaje a su vuelta.

A couple of days ago I went into JCrew kids looking for something to buy for my younger cousins. 

I ended up buying myself this tiny golden glittery bag. I can only fit my phone, some cash and house keys, but it's perfect to brighten up any outfit. 

Hace unos días fui a JCrew de niños en busca de ropa para mis primos pequeños, y acabé comprándome este mini bolso dorado para mi. Solo me cabe el móvil, algo de dinero y las llaves de casa, pero le da un toque de brillo a cualquier outfit.

Back from Paris

Juanjo Oliva

During my summer holidays I had the opportunity to work side by side as an assistant designer of whom I recon to be at the moment one of the top spanish fashion designers, Juanjo Oliva (and personally, one of my favorites).

My experience there was enviable!

It is said that the fashion world is a very difficult field to keep up with, and most of the time your work isn't appreciated. But working with Juanjo and his team felt like the exact warm-welcoming-back-home that I was looking for this summer as an internship. Couldn't have been better!

Durante este verano tuve la oportunidad de poder trabajar codo con codo como la asistente de uno de los diseñadores españoles top del momento, Juanjo oliva (y personalmente, uno de mis favoritos).

Mi experiencia con él y con su equipo fue envidiable!

Dicen que para adentrarte en el mundo de la moda todo son obstáculos, y la mayoría de las veces tu esfuerzo no es reconocido. Pero, el haber trabajado con Juanjo y su equipo me hicieron sentir la cálida bienvenida de vuelta a casa que buscaba este verano para hacer mis prácticas. Ha sido inmejorable!

For those who still haven't  heard about him, I hope you fall in love as much as I did.

Para aquellos que todavía no hayáis oído hablar de el, espero que os enamoréis tanto como yo lo hice.
