What do you usually wear?

Michelle: I usually wear a nice shirt and skinny jeans. But my identifier are dresses! My heels? Always over 12cm!

Emilio: I like baggy sweaters, anything knitted makes me feel cozy. I love funky socks and feel most comfortable with jeans, a large t-shirt or shirt and designer shoes.

¿Como sueles vestir?

Michelle: Normalmente llevo una camisa mona y unos pantalones pitillo. Pero con lo que mejor me siento es con los vestidos! Mis tacones? Siempre por encima de los 12cm!

Emilio: Me gustan los jerséis anchos y cualquier cosa de punto con la que pueda estar comodo. Me encantan los calcetines con motivos divertidos, y suelo vestir con vaqueros, camisetas amplias o camisas y zapatos buenos.

Where do you usually go shopping?

Michelle: I usually shop in small stores around NYC. I really don't care about the brand, I look for a good design and good quality. But I must say, my favorite stores are Chanel, Tory Burch and Bloomingdale's (you can find everything in there...)

Emilio: There's not a certain place I like to shop at, I enjoy discovering new shops and emerging new designers. I have fun browsing in vintage shops, actually most of the things I own, I stole from my grandfather's closet. I specially like, Top Man, Acne, American Apparel and Opening Ceremony.

¿Donde compras habitualmente?

Michelle: Normalmente compro en tiendas pequeñas por NYC. La verdad es que la marca no me importa demasiado, sino que busco un buen diseño y una buena calidad en las prendas. Pero debo decir que mis tiendas preferidas son Chanel, Tory Burch y Bloomingdale's (porque siempre tienen de todo...)

Emilio: No hay sitios en particular donde suela comprar. Me gusta descubrir tiendas nuevas y diseñadores emergentes. Me divierte mucho buscar cosas curiosas en tiendas vintage. Muchas de las cosas que tengo, las he cogido del armario de mi abuelo. Mis marcas preferidas son, Top Man, Acne, American Apparel y Opening Ceremony.

What does fashion mean for you?

Michelle: Fashion for me is identity and expression! It's a way of showing your personality and your way of transformation.

Emilio: To me, the way you dress is the way you choose to present yourself to the world. I feel it's important to have fun and go against trends, try and find what makes you feel comfortable and confident.

¿Que significa la moda para ti?

Michelle: La moda para mi es identidad y expresión! Es una forma de demostrarle al mundo como eres y como es tu capacidad de transformación.

Emilio: Para mi, la forma de vestir es tu carta de presentación al mundo. Yo creo que lo mas importante es divertirte con la moda e ir en contra de las tendencias, buscando lo que te haga sentirte mas comodo y seguro de ti mismo.

Your favorite places in New York...

Michelle: "Lavo"on Saturdays for brunch, Central Park East for a nice run and "Cafe" for a good dinner with amazing views.

Emilio: I like going to the Night Hawk Cinema in Brooklyn. I love the old movies midnight showings at the Sunshine Cinema. You have to try the Bronte burger at Rubys, that's my favorite!

Michelle: "Lavo" los Sábados para ir a tomar brunch, Central Park East para correr y "Cafe" para una buena cena con unas vistas espectaculares.

Emilio: Me gusta ir al cine Night Hawk Cinema en Brooklyn. Me encantan las películas antiguas de Sunshine Cinema. Tenéis que probar la hamburguesa bronte de Rubys, mi favorita sin duda!
